Connect Slack to get Reepl activity alerts and manage who approves posts for your team
Connect Slack to receive Reepl activity alerts in your workspace, and to route post approvals to the right teammate.
Connect
Open the Slack integration
Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack, or go directly to /settings/integrations.
Connect your workspace
Click Connect. Authorize Reepl in the Slack OAuth flow. Once connected, the page shows Connected to your Slack workspace name.
Choose a notification channel
Select a channel from the dropdown to receive alerts in. Click the refresh icon to reload the channel list if the channel you want is not visible.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect in the Danger zone to remove access and stop sending notifications to that Slack workspace.
Alerts
Once connected, Slack delivers:
- Notifications when posts are published or fail
- Team activity updates in the channel you choose
- MCP errors and low credit alerts, without leaving Slack
Approvals in Slack
Workspace owners and admins see an Approvals in Slack section on this page once Slack is connected. For each teammate, choose:
- Slack user -- the person who approves that teammate's posts
- Where to send -- Direct message, or a specific Slack channel
Only the chosen Slack user can act on that teammate's approvals. The teammate gets an email whenever their approval routing changes.
A post awaiting that teammate's approval arrives in Slack with three buttons: Approve, Request changes, and Reject -- the same actions available in the approval queue in the app.
