Troubleshoot an integration

Resolve connection errors, missing source content, workspace mismatches, and failed deliveries.

A connected account has no content

Open the provider's details in Settings → Integrations. Check that you selected the page, document, table, repository, site, or other resource needed for your workflow. Confirm the connected provider account has access to that resource.

A connection needs authorization again

Reconnect from the integration's settings. The provider may have expired or revoked access. Recheck your selected resources after reconnecting.

The connection is missing in another workspace

Check the workspace where you connected the tool. Source integrations can be shared within that workspace, while social channels and AI keys follow different rules. See Workspaces and sharing.

An automation returns 401 or 403

Check the API key, its scopes, and the active subscription. Regenerating a key invalidates the old key, so update the workflow tool as well. See API errors.

Article delivery failed

Check the destination's status in the article editor, then the site's connection in Integrations. Review the credentials or permissions required by that provider. A WordPress draft delivery is a saved draft on the site, not a published article. See Article destinations.

A tool is not listed

Use the providers currently shown in Settings → Integrations. Some older integrations are hidden or no longer available. For another workflow, use the supported API, MCP, or automation tools.
