How to Connect Airtable
Learn how to sync published posts to Airtable and use Airtable data as AI input
The Airtable integration works two ways: Reepl can automatically save a copy of each post you publish into an Airtable table, and Reepl can read data from your Airtable bases to use as context for AI-powered content generation.
Before you start: The Airtable integration requires a Pro plan or higher.
Connect your Airtable account
Open the Integrations settings
Navigate to Settings > Integrations, then select Airtable from the Productivity Tools section.
Authorize with OAuth
Click Connect Airtable. You are redirected to Airtable to authorize access. Sign in to your Airtable account if prompted, then grant Reepl permission to access your bases.
Return to Reepl
After authorizing, you are redirected back to Reepl. Your Airtable account now appears as connected on the integration page.
Auto-sync published posts
On the Published Posts tab of the Airtable integration page, select a platform (LinkedIn or X) and map it to an Airtable base and table. When you publish a post on that platform through Reepl, a copy is automatically saved to the mapped table. Map as many platforms as you like, each to its own base and table.
Read from Airtable
Reepl can also read data from a base and table you choose and use it as context for AI-powered content, such as pulling audience insights from your existing bases to inform your writing. Choose which specific base and table to connect from the integration page.
