ReeplHELP

Troubleshoot the Web App

Resolve missing content, channel errors, approval delays, and publishing failures.

Start with the post's status and the workspace you are viewing. These usually explain whether the post is saved, waiting for review, scheduled, still processing, or failed.

A draft or post is missing

Check the active workspace, account filters, platform filters, and the selected Content tab. A saved draft belongs in Drafts, a review submission in Approval, and a scheduled post in Queue. Clear search filters before concluding the item was lost.

A post did not publish

  1. Open the post and read its error or status.
  2. Check Settings → Channels for the intended account. Reconnect if its access has expired.
  3. Check the content and attachments for that platform, including Reddit's rules and flair.
  4. Confirm that the scheduled time has passed in the displayed timezone.
  5. If it is waiting for review, ask the assigned reviewer to act in Approval.

Videos can remain in a publishing state while processing finishes. Check the latest status before resubmitting.

Changes were refused

Someone else may have edited the same post since you opened it. Reload the latest version and apply your changes again. This protects a teammate's newer edits from being overwritten.

AI generation is unavailable

Check the active workspace's plan and credits in Usage & Credits. If you are using your own provider key, check AI Models & APIs. Keep the current draft before restarting a request.
