Create and publish content
Choose a content type, prepare each channel's version, and confirm the publishing result.
Start from New in the sidebar, or open Create → Content to continue existing work. Choose the content type that fits what you want to share.
| Content type | Use it for | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Post | A LinkedIn post, X post, or Reddit submission | Write a post |
| Thread | A sequence of posts on X | Create an X thread |
| Carousel | A set of designed slides | Create a carousel |
| Article | A long-form piece for X or a connected site | Write an article |
Before publishing
Connect the destination in Settings → Channels, or connect a blog in Settings → Integrations for article publishing. Drafting and connecting a channel are separate steps: saving a draft does not publish it.
From draft to published post
- Select the workspace and publishing account.
- Write your content or ask Andy to help. Review names, facts, dates, and links before using the draft.
- Add media and preview the post.
- Choose Save as Draft, Schedule Manually, Add to Queue, or Post Now. For a teammate's account, the action can be Submit for Approval.
- Check the resulting status in Content. A scheduled or approval status means the post has not gone live yet.
Publish to more than one channel
Enable the channels in the composer and check each channel's version before submitting. LinkedIn text, X threads, and Reddit titles and subreddit requirements differ. Cross-posting explains how to handle these differences and partial failures.
