Publish across channels

Prepare LinkedIn, X, and Reddit versions and handle each destination's result.

The composer can prepare content for several channels. Each channel has its own content, media rules, and publishing result.

Before you start

Connect the accounts in Settings → Channels. Select the intended workspace and account before writing.

Enable the destinations

Open the composer's channel controls and enable the channels you want to use. Check the account name as well as the platform.

Choose what to sync

Use the sync controls to reuse content across channels. If the target already contains different content, review the confirmation before replacing it.

Adapt each version

Preview each channel. For X, choose a single post or thread and check each post's character count. For Reddit, add a title, choose the subreddit, and review its rules and flair. See X cross-posting and Reddit.

Publish or schedule

Choose the action, then review the result for each enabled channel. An approval requirement can leave one destination waiting for review while another is scheduled or published.

When only some destinations succeed

Check which accounts show success and which show an error. Fix the failed destination's connection, content, or media and retry that destination. Repeating an already successful publication can create another post.

If X rejects a publication, the draft remains available so you can correct it and try again. Confirm the status in Content before retrying.
