Collaborate and publish for a team
Share a workspace, choose the right account, and review content before it goes live.
A workspace groups your team's content and settings. Each person connects their own social accounts. Choosing a teammate's account in the composer also changes who needs to review the post.
Before you start
Join the intended workspace and connect your account in Settings → Channels. Owners and admins manage invitations and roles in Settings → Team Members.
Select the workspace
Use the workspace selector in the sidebar. Check the workspace name before creating content or connecting an integration.
Select the publishing account
In the composer, choose your account, an enabled Company Page, or a teammate's account you are allowed to use. Owners and admins can prepare content for teammates.
Submit the content
Review the channel's version and scheduled time. When a teammate's account requires review, use Submit for Approval. Submission does not mean the post is published.
Review in the Approval tab
Open Create → Content → Approval. The queue shows who can act, the intended account, the status, and any feedback. The reviewer can approve, request changes, or reject according to the post's permissions.
Confirm the next status
After approval, check the chosen time and the scheduled status. If changes are requested, edit the post and resubmit it. Editing a teammate's already scheduled post can send it back for approval.
Know who reviews
Posts prepared for a teammate's personal account wait for that account owner. Andy's routine and Company Page workflows can have different reviewer rules. The queue's available actions and Waiting for message identify the reviewer for the post.
See Reviewing and approving posts, Content Approval, and Andy's routine for the detailed rules.
Automations follow the same review flow
Content created from MCP, integrations, or the API still follows the workspace and account permissions. Check the returned status before treating an automated submission as published.
