Set up the Web App
Prepare the workspace and publishing account for your first Reepl post.
Set up one publishing channel first. You can add more channels, integrations, and teammates once your first post is ready.
Before you start
You need a Reepl account and access to the social account you want to connect. To publish to a LinkedIn Company Page, use a LinkedIn account with the required page permissions.
Sign in and select your workspace
Open app.reepl.io. Use the workspace selector in the sidebar to check which workspace you are working in. If you are joining a team, accept its invitation using your intended Reepl account.
Connect a publishing account
Open Settings → Channels, select LinkedIn, X, or Reddit, and complete that platform's authorization. Confirm the account is shown as connected. For LinkedIn Company Pages, enable the pages you want available in the composer.
Add your context and writing preferences
Open Settings → Context to describe your work, audience, and brand. Use Writing Styles for tone and writing examples. These give Andy information to use when drafting.
Set your posting preferences
Open Settings → Preferences and check your timezone and posting schedule. Check the displayed date and timezone again when scheduling your first post.
Create a draft
Choose New → Post, select the intended publishing account, write a short post, and choose Save as Draft. Open it from Create → Content → Drafts to confirm it was saved.
Your workspace is ready when the right account appears in the composer and you can reopen your saved draft. Continue with your first post.
If something is missing
| Problem | What to check |
|---|---|
| A channel is not available | Connect it in Settings → Channels in the intended account. |
| A Company Page is missing | Refresh your pages and enable it in Channels. Check your page permissions on LinkedIn. |
| You cannot publish for a teammate | Check your workspace role and the account's approval requirements. See team publishing. |
| AI output lacks context | Check Context and Writing Styles in the active workspace. |
