Reply and engage
Choose between feed engagement, inbox conversations, and extension assistance.
Open Engage in the web app sidebar to find the engagement feed and inbox. Use the extension when you want writing assistance on the social platform itself.

Draft, review, send
Open the post or conversation, write a reply, and use AI assistance if you want help refining it. Review the text before sending. An AI suggestion does not confirm delivery; check the conversation or platform after the send action.
Organize conversations
Use the inbox's labels, archive, and snooze controls to keep follow-ups visible. Inbox Rules covers the rule settings available in the web app.
When messages are missing
For X, check DM permissions and refresh the inbox. For LinkedIn, check the extension and your LinkedIn browser session. See Inbox for the two connection paths.
