Use Insights and published posts to understand performance and activity.
Open Analyse → Insights to review your activity and content results. Start by choosing the account and date range you want to understand.
Review one publishing cycle
- Open your published content and confirm which posts went live.
- Open Insights and select the relevant account and date range.
- Compare results within the same platform and period. Look for patterns in topics, formats, and posting times.
- Use those patterns to plan the next set of drafts with Andy or your calendar.

Read the results in context
Platform metrics may arrive after a post is published. Missing or unavailable data does not necessarily mean zero engagement. Company Page data can be cached, and X limits the availability of some older metrics. Check the account, sync information, and date range before comparing results.
The Virality Checker estimates content quality before publishing. Use your published metrics to assess the result afterward.
