How to Use Analytics
Learn how to read the Analytics page in Reepl: your metrics overview, impressions over time, activity habits, audience, and insights
The Analytics page tracks your content performance and activity. Open it from the left sidebar, or go directly to Analytics in the app.
Analytics require a paid plan (Pro or higher). Free plan users see an "Unlock Your Performance Dashboard" prompt.
At the top of the page you can switch between LinkedIn and X / Twitter, pick a date range (Last 1 month, Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 1 year), and, on LinkedIn, choose a scope (see below). The page below is organized into a few sections.
Overview metrics
A row of cards at the top shows totals for the selected range: Total Posts Published, Total Likes, Total Comments, and Avg Engagement Rate.
Performance Over Time
When LinkedIn has reported real daily impressions, a Performance Over Time chart shows daily impressions from LinkedIn as a line, using a log scale so quiet days stay readable next to viral peaks -- Reepl shows a note under the chart when that scaling is in effect.
Hover any day to see the impressions total and, if you published that day, a "Posted this day" note naming the post -- click a day with a linkable post to pin that detail and open the post. This is the account's total impressions for that day, not a per-post figure: LinkedIn's API does not split impressions out per post, so on a day with two posts there is no way to say which one earned them.
The Performance Over Time chart only appears once LinkedIn has returned real per-day impressions data, which needs LinkedIn connected.
Habits
An activity heatmap shows a year-view calendar of your daily LinkedIn activity, plus a posting-consistency panel with your current and longest streaks against your weekly posting target. Use the year selector on the heatmap to switch between available years.
Each heatmap cell represents one day. Hover over any cell to see a tooltip with the total activity count and a breakdown by metric type:
- Posts -- LinkedIn posts published
- Comments -- Comments written
- Messages -- Direct messages sent
- AI Comments -- AI-generated comments
- AI Messages -- AI-generated messages
Darker cells indicate higher activity. Empty or lightly colored cells indicate low or no activity for that day.
Audience
This section shows your top 5 country audiences (Traffic by Location) alongside a Posts summary snapshot for today: posts published, likes, comments, reposts, post impressions, comments left, AI comments, messages sent, and profile viewers.
Insights
When Reepl has enough data, an Insights section calls out patterns worth knowing -- for example an improving engagement-rate trend or your best day of the week.
Below Insights, a table of your recent published posts lists date, likes, comments, and reposts, scoped to the same date range as the rest of the page.
Choosing what you are looking at (LinkedIn)
A scope picker at the top decides whose LinkedIn numbers you see:
- My profile: your own posts, the default
- A Company Page: any LinkedIn page you administer
- Team: everyone in the workspace, on team and agency plans
Team view adds a Team performance table with posts, impressions, engagement and engagement rate per member.
Company Page analytics
Selecting a Company Page shows that page's own metrics, including unique impressions and clicks, rather than your personal ones.
Company Page analytics need LinkedIn Advanced connected. If the page shows "Connect LinkedIn Advanced to see analytics for this Company Page", connect it in Settings → Channels and come back.
Official LinkedIn data
The Official LinkedIn data section shows member metrics reported by LinkedIn's own API rather than derived by Reepl -- impressions, reposts, followers, and other official-only figures. It only appears once LinkedIn Advanced is connected. Numbers here can differ slightly from the rest of the page and can lag by a few hours, because LinkedIn reports on its own schedule.
