How to Use the Calendar View
Learn how to view, manage, and reschedule your LinkedIn posts using Reepl's calendar view
The calendar view gives you a visual overview of your scheduled and published posts. Use it to spot gaps in your posting schedule, drag posts to new dates, and manage your content pipeline at a glance. Drafts don't appear on the calendar -- open them from Content Creator's Drafts tab instead.
Open the calendar
Navigate to Content Creator from the left sidebar, then click the Content Calendar tab. Alternatively, go directly to Content Calendar in the app.
Choose a view
Use the view switcher in the header to pick Month, Week, or Fortnight. Use the arrow buttons to move backward or forward, and click Today to jump back to the current date.
Filter what you see
Click Filter in the header to narrow the calendar down:
- Account -- All accounts, Personal, or Team members (only shown when your workspace has more than one account).
- Channels -- show only LinkedIn, X, or Reddit posts.
- Filter by status -- Queued, Published, or Needs approval.
Review your posts
Posts appear on their scheduled or published date. Each card shows a status icon -- a clock for queued posts, a checkmark for published posts, and a shield for posts needing approval -- along with the destination channel and, if attached, a media thumbnail.
Post times are shown in your timezone, which you can set in Settings > Preferences.
Start a post from an open slot
Click an empty suggested time slot to open the composer pre-filled with that date and time.
Click a post to edit
Click on a scheduled post to open it in the editor. From there you can update the content, change the scheduled time, or take any other action. A published post opens read-only, since there's nothing left to edit.
Drag a post to reschedule
Drag a scheduled post from one day to another to reschedule it. The calendar updates immediately with the new date. Published posts can't be dragged.
Switch to list view
Click Switch to List View to see posts in a sequential list format instead of the calendar grid.
The calendar loads up to 90 days of posts, covering your full scheduling window.
