Inbox
Read and reply to LinkedIn and X conversations using their separate connection flows.
Open Engage → Inbox in the web app and choose the platform. LinkedIn and X connect differently.

Work through a conversation
- Open the platform and complete any connection or permission prompts.
- Select a conversation and read its context.
- Draft a reply, optionally using AI assistance.
- Review and send it, then check the thread for the sent message.
- Label, archive, or snooze the conversation if needed.
When messages are missing
For LinkedIn, check the extension connection and your LinkedIn session. For X, reauthorize with DM permissions when prompted and use its refresh control. Follow the platform-specific guide for limits and troubleshooting.
