Content Approval
See what each role can do, and how posts on a teammate's account wait for that teammate
For the full approval model -- who reviews a post, what the queue shows, stale posts, and what an author can do with feedback -- see Reviewing and approving posts. This page covers roles.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing, workspace deletion, and all settings |
| Admin | Manage members, modify workspace settings, and post for a teammate |
| Member | Create content, and post on their own connected accounts |
| Viewer | Read-only access to workspace content |
Only owners and admins can create or schedule a post on someone else's account. Change a member's role from Settings → Team.
Posts on a teammate's account
Any post an owner or admin makes on a teammate's LinkedIn, X, or Reddit account always waits for that teammate to approve, reject, or publish it themselves. There is nothing to turn on: this applies in every workspace, whatever the workspace settings.
