How to Manage Your Workspace
Learn how to configure workspace settings, upload a logo, and manage invite links in Reepl
A workspace is the shared environment where you and your team collaborate on content. Workspace settings let you customize the workspace name, upload a logo, manage invite links, and configure team-wide automation rules.
Only workspace owners and admins can modify workspace settings.
Open workspace settings
Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select General under the Workspace section. You can also go directly to Settings > Workspace in the app.
Edit workspace details
On the Details tab, update your workspace name and upload a logo. Logos help team members identify the workspace quickly in the sidebar.
Manage invite links
On the Members tab, you can:
- Copy the invite link -- Share the link with people you want to join your workspace
- Regenerate the link -- Create a new invite link and invalidate the previous one
- Send email invitations -- Enter an email address and select a role to send a direct invitation
Configure workspace settings
On the Settings tab, manage team-wide automation options:
- Auto-react -- Automatically react to posts published by workspace members
- Auto-comment -- Automatically comment on posts published by workspace members
- Content Approval -- Shows the Require approval from the account owner setting
A post an owner or admin makes on a teammate's LinkedIn, X, or Reddit account always waits for that teammate to approve, reject, or publish it themselves, whether or not this setting is on. See Reviewing and approving posts.
Leave a workspace
If you're a member of a workspace someone else owns, you can leave it yourself at any time.
Open the Danger Zone
Go to Settings > Workspace, select the Settings tab, and scroll to Danger Zone.
Click Leave workspace
Click Leave workspace. A confirmation dialog appears.
Confirm
Click Leave workspace again to confirm. You lose access to the workspace and any team plan benefits it provided right away. A workspace admin can invite you back later.
Leave workspace only appears for members who don't own the workspace. If you're the owner, this option isn't available -- you can delete the workspace instead from the same Danger Zone.
