Plan a Monthly Content Calendar
Use Reepl's Content Calendar Creator to generate a 30-day LinkedIn content plan, then batch-create and schedule your posts
Reepl has two ways to generate a content calendar. The in-app planner asks about your goals, audience, and content pillars, then syncs the ideas it produces straight into your drafts -- this guide walks through that flow, since it connects directly to drafting and scheduling. The free tool at reepl.io is a quicker, no-sign-in option that only needs a LinkedIn profile URL, but it does not sync anything into Reepl -- see the callout at the end of this guide if that is what you want instead.
You need a connected LinkedIn account. If you are new to Reepl, complete the first post guide before starting.
Generating your content calendar (in-app planner)
Open the Content Calendar Creator
Navigate to Creation Tools > Content Calendar Creator from the left sidebar, or go directly to Content Calendar Creator in the app.
Answer the planner's questions
The Reepl Planner Assistant panel asks a few questions -- goals, audience, content pillars, posting cadence, tone, CTA style, and constraints -- to build a strategy-backed plan. See How to Use the Content Calendar Creator for the full field-by-field walkthrough.
On the final step, you can optionally add your LinkedIn profile URL for extra context, and choose whether to generate draft text for each day.
Generate the calendar
Click Generate Calendar. The left panel populates with Your 30-Day LinkedIn Content Calendar, a week-by-week view of post ideas.
Review the generated calendar
Switch between Calendar View (grid) and List View (sequential) using the view toggle.
Each day shows:
- Date
- Post topic or title
- Content type (Educational post, Personal story, Industry insights, Tips/advice, Engagement question, Thought leadership, Company update, or Quick win/achievement)
Customize your plan
Click any post to open a detail modal where you can edit the title, content, and content type.
Sync posts to your drafts
In List View, click Select Posts to enter selection mode, then Select All or pick individual posts, and click Add to Drafts to move them into Content Creator's Drafts tab. Once posts are synced, click Open Drafts to jump straight there.
You can also click Export Calendar to download the full calendar as a CSV, or Start Over to begin again with a new plan.
Your drafts now appear in the Drafts tab of Content Creator. Open any draft to write or refine the full post.
Batch-creating and scheduling
Once your posts are in drafts, work through them efficiently:
Batch-create content from drafts
For each post in your drafts, open it in the content creator. Use Co-Pilot to generate a first draft, then refine it. Save each one as a draft.
Work through the list in batches -- creating 5--7 drafts in one session is more efficient than doing one at a time throughout the month.
Add visual content
For posts that would benefit from visuals, open the Carousel Generator or Image Generator to create visual assets. Attach them to the corresponding posts. Mixing visual content into your calendar keeps your audience engaged and breaks up text-heavy feeds.
Schedule your posts
Open the Calendar View to see your month at a glance. Drafts don't appear on the calendar, so open each one from the Drafts tab and use Schedule Manually or Add to Queue to place it on a specific day.
Use the Time Optimizer to identify the best posting times for your audience, then align your schedule with those windows.
Final review
Before the month begins, do a final review:
- Check the Calendar View for gaps or days with too many posts
- Preview each post to ensure formatting looks correct
- Verify that all scheduled times fall within your target audience's active hours
- Confirm that visual assets are attached to the right posts
You now have a full month of LinkedIn content planned, created, and scheduled. As the month progresses, monitor performance in Analytics and adjust future plans based on what resonates with your audience.
Revisit your calendar weekly to make small adjustments based on trending topics or audience feedback. A calendar is a starting point, not a rigid contract.
